History

Sigma Engineering and Marketing Company Limited was founded in 1976 in Turkey by Mr.Nejat Ozer and Mr. Hakan Durucay, both of engineering background , who initially set up the business mainly for trading between Japan and Turkey.

Sigma later was registered as a limited company on 11 Jul 1981 and subsequently expended its operation. It has been persistent in identifying business opportunities and diversifying into non-engineering ventures. Sigma pride itself for being innovative in seeking alternative solutions, and ethical in its dealings.

Sigma’s success is due to its relentless commitment to strongly defined business ethics, which is honest philosophy of quality and performance.

The company has been stable throughout its history, and this stability is drawn from a team of associates from different parts of the globe, namely, Japan, USA, China and Europe.
